The Director, Account Management will lead a team within the Education Vertical of the sales organization. The team’s charter will focus on generating new business from our existing customer base, revenue retention and customer contract renewals.
*Provide sales-related account management services to a pre-assigned territory of installed base customers
*Take the lead on negotiating and closing new customer business and contract renewals
*Track, analyze, and report account-level base revenue for assigned territory
*Identify account-level white space/new opportunity for assigned territory
*Develop and implement strategies to protect and increase base license revenue
*Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop Account Reviews
*Participate in all key customer-facing meetings within assigned territory
*Develop and maintain proficiency in JAGGAER’s software solutions, core technologies, and sales methodology
*Participate in Conferences as required to support the territory
