The Customer Success Manager is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. The Customer Success Manager assists customers to plan and understand the best ways to utilize the JAGGAER suite of products. This will involve understanding the customer’s business processes, goals and business value targets justifying their purchase of the solution. The Customer Success Manager educates customers on the flexibility and capabilities of JAGGAER products to encourage usage and growth. The Customer Success Manager works closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
