    Principal Responsibilities

    • Manage presales activities related to services:
      • Provide input into the preparation of RFP responses
      • Contribute to the preparation of proposals
      • Scope and author SOWs
      • Deliver implementation approach overview and presentations regarding services
      • Work with the Sales team to develop and define the market selling propositions for services, key delivery messages, and competitive differentiators
    • Involved in proof-of-concept activities to assist Sales in closing deals
      • Conduct focus groups or scoping sessions to address some of the specific requirements
    • Work closely with Sales solution consulting team to assess unique customer needs related to services
      • Right-size the services offering based on customer needs
    • Engage with clients and prospects as needed throughout the sales process to facilitate the sale
    • Support project managers and provide technical guidance and coaching proactively as well as in response to situations arising at client sites.
    • Maintain solution(s) knowledge and expertise related to product enhancements, development efforts and market trends
    • Work with the implementation team to define scope of project implementation to ensure a smooth transition from presales to the implementation team
    • Manage and position services to existing customers for the purpose of selling add-on services
    • Meet with existing customers to understand challenges and requirements and incorporate them in a proposal and/or SOW
    • Successfully achieve sales quotas set by company management on an annual basis
    • Continue to grow and develop your individual competencies across the JAGGAER suite of solutions
    • Understand solution integration methodologies, touch points, future visioning, etc.

    Position Requirements

    • 3+ Years technical/software support experience with background in relevant systems implementations, delivery and/or services
    • Demonstrated understanding of complex enterprise software solutions
    • Knowledge and proficiency in the procurement industry and solutions preferred
    • Ability to demonstrate skills and/or experience in the following:
      • Presentation skills
      • Verbal/written communication
      • Project management including multi-tasking, prioritization and self-motivation
      • Messaging and influencing with various organizational levels
    • Travel up to 40%, primarily domestic, but may occasionally require international travel
