    The Senior Financial Analyst will be an integral part of the Finance team and play a key role in development and execution of plans to improve decision making support, maximize access to capital, safeguard assets, and minimize risks.  Reporting to the Manager of Finance & Treasury, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible to shape, drive, and deliver management reporting/dashboards, variance analysis, and forecasting and planning activities.  In addition, this role will be involved in the implementation and optimization of a new Corporate Performance Management tool (CPM), as well as support Treasury operations and projects. 

    Principal Responsibilities

    • Develop and prepare insightful and meaningful management reporting package with analysis for Senior Management including explanations of variances to forecast/plan, and prior periods and other ad hoc analysis as requested
    • Identify, understand, analyze and provide insight into key performance metrics
    • Drive accountability through monthly reporting and analysis relative to performance against targets
    • Establish and maintain forecasting processes across the global business including long-term planning, annual planning and rolling forecast
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders across functions to develop accurate assumptions and analytical inputs to support budget/forecast
    • Identify, quantify, and communicate risks and opportunities to plan
    • Assist with global cash management and forecasting, including daily cash positioning, determine funding needs, as well as forecast and monitor short and long term cash position
    • Build and support Treasury infrastructure including streamline global bank accounts, balance consolidation, cash pooling, opening/closing bank accounts, as well as support debt and risk management, etc.
    • Collaborate with the team members to develop process improvements within the Finance Department, including but not limited to internal controls, report generation, process automation, improved use of technology, and documentation processes & procedures, etc.
    • Develop periodic presentations for both the Executive Team as well as our PE Sponsors, including month end financial reporting, quarterly Board decks, etc.
    • Perform adhoc analysis and/or projects with respect to Finance and Treasury as assigned

    Position Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
    • 5-8 years of relevant experience in FPA&A, Finance/Accounting roles; or equivalent combination of education and work experience
    • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system and/or CPM system
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Driven self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, and evolving environment while maintaining n a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external parties
    • Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to take ownership and drive improvement in efficiency and effectiveness
    • Report writing and financial system implementation experience a plus
    • SaaS and/or Software industry experience a plus
