    JAGGAER is seeking a highly motivated Manager, Demand Generation to lead the Demand Generation team and own the planning, management, execution, and reporting of lead generation and marketing campaigns for JAGGAER’s solutions for the U.S. and EMEA markets.

    Principal Responsibilities

    This position requires the candidate to:

    • Own the planning, management, execution, and reporting of lead generation and marketing campaigns for the U.S. and EMEA markets.

    • Coordinate with marketing to put execution plans in place for global and local Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s). Those plans include, but are not limited to:
      • Identification of target audience
      • Segmentation of target audience
      • Outreach sequence definition and management
      • Outreach vehicle analysis and execution including:
        • LinkedIn
        • Twitter
        • Direct Dial
        • email
      • Data Analytics associated with target audience definitions
      • Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly measures of target vs. actual opportunity creation
    • Training and enablement of SDR’s to achieve:
      • Defined monthly qualified opportunity creation
      • Clear product value propositions
      • Prospecting and interpersonal skills and activities that lead to qualified opportunities
      • Industry value propositions



    • Measure and track campaign effectiveness
    • A/B testing and measurement
    • Coordinate with Product Marketing Managers determine target market(s) for campaigns and how to strategically leverage competitive differentiators, customer quotes, case studies, and additional assets to drive new qualified leads
    • Plan, manage, execute, and track vertical-focused webinars. This includes working with the Product Marketing Managers to secure customers to speak and collaborating with Corporate Communications to secure any needed analysts for these presentations
    • Work with Product Marketing as well as write original copy for emails and outreach campaigns.
    • Work closely with Account Executives to sync Marketing and Sales activities for each campaign where the Sales team is actively involved
    • Proactively utilize Salesforce, Pardot, and Outreach for campaign execution and management
    • Work closely with Sales Development Representatives to communicate campaign strategy, steps, and goals for their role(s) in any lead generation campaigns
    • Working with the Digital Marketing Manager plan, execute and track any needed paid search, display, and/or retargeting campaigns
    • Schedule and run campaign planning and review meetings with key stakeholders on a monthly basis

    Position Requirements

    • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
    • Working knowledge and experience managing lead generation and campaign execution teams.
    • 3+ years marketing, business development, sales, or lead generation experience, including program marketing, segment marketing or partner marketing

    Knowledge and Skills Required:

    • Acknowledged mastery of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools
    • Data analytics oriented to drive daily activity
    • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, and Outreach or similar sales cadence resources
    • Highly knowledgeable on all aspects of offering, segment, partner and account-based marketing
    • Strong project management skills
    • Very well organized
    • Excellent written/oral communications
