    As the Technical Consultant, you will: 

    • Serve as the team's chief technical resource for the integration of the solution with the customer's ERP and data systems
    • Drive creation of the technical solution specifications and work with the project team to configure the solution based upon business and technical requirements.
    • Facilitate solution unit, integration and user acceptance testing as well as solution deployment.
    • Manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the professional services organization

    Principal Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the successful technical implementation of configurable applications for client engagements, on time and on budget.
    • Lead client and JAGGAER technical project team members to define and document client business and technical requirements
    • Facilitate solution and process workshops to identify client business objectives, define project goals and provide a plan for maximizing the value of the solution.
    • Document software and integrations specifications for configuring the solution.
    • Design and deliver webMethods integration middleware for data manipulation between company and customer systems.
    • Code and test integration packages based on technical specifications.
    • Hold code review sessions with internal stakeholders to validate each client solution.
    • Establish and manage relationships with clients to sustain a strong business relationship leading to high client satisfaction, retention of existing business and development of new business.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate or resolve project risks and issues. This includes identifying alternative solutions either through changes to client workflows or software, making recommendations of alternatives, and facilitating decision-making on the path forward.
    • Manage communication of appropriate project information to clients and internal stakeholders
    • Update integration documentation according to changes implemented in code releases
    • Develop and maintain proficiency in the company's software solutions, solution methodologies, and core technologies.

    Position Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • 5+ years of business experience with 3+ years of demonstrated experience implementing software solutions and providing client-facing consulting services.
    • 2-5 years business process implementation experience or exposure in Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Contract Management, Sourcing or Supply Chain is preferred.
    • Strong working knowledge of HTTPS communications, SQL and XML
    • Knowledge of webMethods integration server is preferred.
    • Experience implementing software-as-a-service (SaaS) software solutions or ERPs that integrate with client’s existing systems. Strong executive level presence and experience in facilitation.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills required. Will work extensively over the phone and in-person with our clients. Business automation and workflow process development desirable.
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication, presentation, documentation and problem solving skills.
    • Must be able to learn quickly, make strong individual contributions and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a team environment
    • Ability to act independently, take initiative and drive tasks and issues to resolution.
    • Proficient in the use of PowerPoint, Visio, Excel and Word as well as other typical business productivity tools.
    • Required to travel domestically and internationally. Travel ranges from 25-50%. Passport required for international travel.
    • Position located in Morrisville, NC or Pittsburgh, PA
