We are currently seeking a Senior Manager of Global Services Engagement. Global Service Engagement has the primary responsibility of positioning, scoping, and getting our delivery services signed off (SOWs) with our customers and/or partners. They work closely with sales, partner success managers, and professional services SMEs to achieve this.
They serve as the primary contact for our sales and partner teams on services sales topics and promote JAGGAER’s implementation-leading practices.

Principal Responsibilities

• Developing, maintaining, and tracking global services sales processes. Defining hand offs with cross functional teams
• Own and build global templates
• Managing allocation process of resources globally to the right opportunities
• Automating and optimizing processes where possible with a view to increasing transparency across the organization.
• Define global ways of working including pipeline management and reporting
• Cultivate strong relationships with sales, pre-sales, partner alliance, and PS
• Stay abreast of company products and enhancements as well as technology trends in the marketplace
• Provide feedback to internal and partner teams on services offerings and how they align to customer requirements
• Input into the development of future services offering
• Contribute to the internal library of RFP responses as it relates to services delivery
• Developing customer/partner facing content to position and sell our services better
• Contribute to the team knowledge base and toolsets
• Mentor junior members of the team

• Proactively maintain and manage services sales forecasts aligned with the sales pipeline
• Create visibility for upcoming resource requirements for the PS teams to optimize staffing

  • Supporting and supervising estimation and/or scoping of engagements, both direct and partner-led
  • Mentoring team in actively participating in the sales cycles, covering all aspects of JAGGAER services in both Jaggaer-led and/or partner-led projects:
    • Provide input into the preparation of RFP responses
    • Contribute to the preparation of proposals
    • Conduct discovery or scoping sessions to address specific customer implementation requirements
    • Work with the Partner Delivery Managers in agreeing on the delivery structure on partner-involved projects
    • Scope and develop estimates
    • Co-ordinate internally with SMEs, product, technical consultants, and solution architects as needed to construct the customer solution
    • Scope, author, and negotiate SOWs (customer and partner subcontracts)
    • Deliver implementation approach overview and presentations regarding JAGGAER delivery methodology, value, and best practices
    • On deal closure own and conduct transition to project teams and set them up for success

Position Requirements

  • The individual in this role needs to have a passion for change and the drive to move people in one global direction.
  • Leadership skills to deliver at pace – can produce what is required while managing obstacles, delays, competing priorities and resistance to change
  • Possess a unique and strong combination of business, sales, and technical skills to contribute to a high level of engagement with customers, prospects, sales, and product management staff as well as implementation and technology partners
  • Proficiency in procurement processes and system delivery is essential
  • Background in SAAS implementations, delivery, and professional services.
  • Confidence to put yourselves out there, interface with senior stakeholders across different organizations, both internally and externally
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage commercial discussions with Customers
  • Positive attitude, self-starter, and strong work ethic
  • Contract and negotiation skills are a strong plus
  • Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills
  • Service-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and with partners and customers
  • Good project coordination skills:
    • Multi-tasking
    • Prioritization
    • Self-motivation
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%. Passport required for international travel.
