What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an accomplished, relationship-driven Senior Director / VP, Partner Alliances with deep experience in partner management and channel development within the SaaS industry.

You will shape and execute our partner ecosystem strategy for NA, building high-impact alliances with global/regional system integrators, procurement consultants, BPOs, procurement transformation specialists, and complementary technology providers. This role requires strategic thinking, procurement-tech domain knowledge (good to have), and the ability to drive measurable revenue growth through partner-led and co-sell motions.

This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Product, and Finance to accelerate revenue, expand market reach, and strengthen partner engagement.

You will be reporting to the SVP, Global Alliances.

Principal Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership strategies and business development plans to drive growth, including joint business development initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and co-selling motions.
• Identify and track procurement-aligned success metrics (pipeline influence, attach rates, partner certifications, joint ACV growth), adjusting strategy based on partner performance and market needs.
• Manage North America–based partners; navigate complex organizational structures to identify, align, and activate key stakeholders to expand partnership impact.
• Build and deliver joint go-to-market plans that drive measurable commercial results and maximize mutual return on partnership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support organizational goals and ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
• Track enablement of partner teams on core platforms, products, and solutions to maximize joint value and ensure successful solution positioning in the market.
• Develop and maintain joint business plans, including revenue commitments, QBRs, and performance measurements against established metrics and partnership scorecards.
• Lead sales enablement efforts for partners, including training, competitive guidance, and sales support to ensure effective market engagement and revenue achievement.
• Evangelize partnerships internally and externally, clearly communicating the joint value proposition across sales teams to promote alignment and minimize channel conflict.
• Manage and strengthen cross-border alliances, bringing a global perspective to executing regional and international partner strategies

Position Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in partner, alliance, channel management, or business development roles.
• 5+ years of direct experience managing alliances and channels in the technology/SaaS industry.
• Proven track record driving revenue through alliances with:
– Global and regional SIs
– Tier 1 consultancies
– Procurement/BPO service providers
– Technology integration partners
• Deep understanding of SaaS partner ecosystems; experience designing and executing complex partner solutions.
• Experience in procurement and/or supply chain technology is strongly preferred.
• Experience in influencing and navigating Tier 1 consulting firms, sourcing advisory groups, and procurement transformation practices.
• Collaborative, agile team player with strong integrity and a hands-on approach to driving outcomes.
• Proven ability to own partner relationships end-to-end—from identification and onboarding through enablement, growth, and renewal.
• Executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM/analytics tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Willingness and ability to work remotely across North America and travel as required (approximately 30–40%).
